Grace enjoys speaking directly to her patients in either English, Korean or Spanish. When she is not at work, she spends time with her family and hiking.

Biography

Eunju (Grace) Hernandez FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at CN Internal
Medicine in Lansdowne and Alexandria, VA.
Since 2011, Grace has been working as an FNP in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida. She focuses
on understanding the cultural background of each patient and provides care with a holistic
systemic approach to the restoration of mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness.
Grace believes that everyone can improve their health one step at a time through lifestyle
changes, healthy eating habits, exercise, stress reduction, and rest. Her passion is shown
through her genuine interest in an individual’s well-being.
Grace is a native Korean and graduated from Seoul Health College, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
In 2001 she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Husson University in
Bangor, ME and in 2010 she graduated from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing
Master’s program as a clinical nurse specialist. Her focus was in geriatric nursing with a
Post-Master’s of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has been recognized by her peers and awarded for achievements from both the Injue
University Seoul Paik Hosipital and the Johns Hopkins Hospital Medical Nursing Department.
